IFREI Club Chile
The IFREI Club is a is a forum for companies looking to promote reconciliation between work and family and labor flexibility, through the exchange of experiences between business and sharing information on the latest trends in this field. It is part of an international network present in 19 countries.
The IFREI Club Chile helps create family-responsible environments in organizations, thus strengthening family and society.

The IFREI Club Chile currently has 22 companies: Grupo Security, Kimberly Clark, Parque del Recuerdo, Aconcagua S.A., BCI, Santander, DuocUC, IANSA, Transbank, Sodexo, Corbanca, Codelco, Relsa, Coca Cola, GTD, Telefónica, Barrick, Universidad del Pacífico, Mando Medio, BBosch, Unilever, Forus.
IFREI Club members participate in forums held during the year, in addition to attending various lectures aimed at sharing the best practices to improve the current working environment both within their company and country.
Three forums were held during the year, designed to deepen the most important issues when balancing work and family.
In each forum some companies expose their experience and learning about the subject, so far there have been cases about TransBank, BCI, Coca Cola, Unilever, Sodexo and Security Group. During the course of 2014 we will also come to about know the experience of Telefonica, BBosch and Forus.

FORUM 1: Innovation in Corporate Family Responsibility policies

The CFR policies provide the tools necessary to reconcile different personal, family and professional needs. There are different types of policies focused on CFR for different jobs, different sectors, etc. That's why it is important to know the latest trends and best practices of Chilean companies. This forum will present a summary of the book "Reconciling work and family: a good practices guide in Chile"

FORUM 2: Developing leaders within the organization CFR

The CFR leaders create reconciliation and equal opportunity policies and practices.. They are models of flexibility by fostering commitment and satisfaction of employees. They apply reconciliation policies thereby increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. This is why it is important to understand how to develop such skills and how we can transmit them within organizations.

FORUM 3: The effect of values on the CFR culture

Companies with CFR cultures are people-centered. The CFR organizations are organizations that perceive the needs of employees and their families, and articulate the means to satisfy them. Values play a key role to align the organization and create CFR cultures.

There are currently two Chilean companies accredited with IFREI: Group Security and TransBank.
