IFREI 1.0

Main Objective

The IFREI 1.0 began in 1999 aimed at analyzing the practices, policies and programs that contribute to reconciliation of work and family life and their broadcast in companies. In this study only HR Managers answer.

Model

IFREI 1.0 analyzed four major dimensions of the company: its family policies, their facilitators, culture, and finally the results.


 

 19 countries (3.800 companies) participated in the research until 2008
